Matt provided clear guidance throughout the home buying process. Each step of the process was clearly explained. He was fast and responsive. He also provided support for the identifying people to do the inspection and repairs as needed.

I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Matt and if I could give I'd give him 6 stars! He is honest and hands-on and he really helped to take the pressure off of me. He constantly communicates with us. He was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what I was looking for. He also had explained every detail of the process and it was really a quick and very fast process!

Mr. Silva is trustworthy and honest. We are in the process of looking for a home and Matt has taken the time to inform us as to our options, educate us as to the process, and articulate clearly what possible realistic expectations we should have grounded in up-to-date data.
